Building the data foundation for Japanese real estate
DNK brings real estate expertise and software development together to help firms manage their property data. Our platform, Data Manager, collects, organizes and securely shares PMRs, while Hephaestus, our proprietary AI engine, turns their contents into standardized data for analysis and reporting.
Japan’s property reports contain years of valuable operating history, yet that information remains scattered across files and inboxes. We’re building a dependable home for those records, where each report adds to a history that stays useful as teams change, portfolios evolve and properties change hands.
